This Privacy Policy explains how RickiParodi, moda e acessórios profissionais S.A. processes personal data in connection with the RickiParodi B2B Professional Catalogue.
1. Data controller
The data controller is RickiParodi, moda e acessórios profissionais S.A., Rua de Sistelo, 237, 4435-452 Rio Tinto, Portugal, VAT PT502327553. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@rickiparodi.com. RickiParodi has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
2. Personal data we process
- B2B account information, such as customer code, company name, email address, country, language and account access data.
- Order information, including products, quantities, prices, comments, order references, status and tracking information.
- Current carts and saved draft orders associated with an authenticated B2B account.
- Communications and information voluntarily submitted through the ordering process.
- Limited first-party portal usage data, such as page views, product views, catalogue searches, login activity, cart events, submitted orders and country information derived from the customer profile or, where available, a hosting/reverse-proxy country header. The portal analytics system does not store raw visitor IP addresses.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Account access and B2B service: to authenticate customers and provide professional catalogue functions necessary to deliver the requested B2B service.
- Orders and commercial relationship: to prepare, receive, process, fulfil and follow up orders and related communications.
- Legal and accounting obligations: to retain information where required by applicable tax, accounting or other legal obligations.
- Security, administration and improvement of the portal: to maintain the service, investigate operational issues and understand how the professional catalogue is used, based on RickiParodi's legitimate interests where applicable.
4. Recipients
Personal data may be accessed by authorised RickiParodi personnel and by service providers acting on RickiParodi's instructions where this is necessary to operate the B2B platform, communications, hosting, order processing or other supporting functions. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or a competent authority.

Where a service used to operate the portal involves processing outside the European Economic Area, RickiParodi will rely on an applicable legal transfer mechanism where required by data protection law.
6. Retention
RickiParodi retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking into account the duration of the B2B relationship, the need to provide account and order services, applicable legal, accounting and tax obligations, the establishment or defence of legal claims, security requirements and the resolution of disputes. Data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate, subject to applicable legal obligations and backup retention.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions established by applicable data protection law, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Session technologies
The portal uses technical session mechanisms necessary for functions such as authentication, language selection, security and maintaining the B2B ordering session. This release does not introduce an optional cookie-consent mechanism.
